Fire & Ice Add-On (A Treatment for Injury & Recovery)
Hot and Cold contrast is implemented to the area of injury. Good for pulled muscles, strain, inflammation or over worked muscles.
If you think it's a torn muscle, it's best to consult your physician or rest for a full 2 weeks before getting this treatment.
We'll start using ice to cool down inflammation then Hot Stones.
Then, gentle stretching and massage is integrated. Lastly, a topical pain salve is applied at the end.

Ayurvedic "Abhyanga" Treatment
Abhyanga is a form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves long light fast strokes of the body with Dosha-specific warm and pre-mixed sesame based herb-infused oil as a means to detoxify the body. With this method, the lymph in the blood is moved toward the heart to filter in new blood.

Reflexology
Reflexology is mostly applied to feet but also may be done on hands and ears. Integrating reflexology into a session promotes healing to all the vital organs and nerves that correspond to them. Very sedative.

IONIC Detox Foot Treatment
Relax & DETOX as you soak your feet into a basin of ionizing salt water. The treatment slowly pulls out heavy metal toxins that have been stored in the body for years. Read the water chart and see what the color says about your toxins.

Reiki
Reiki is not to be taken lightly and is a sacred healing practice that one must have knowledge of before receiving. It is not a massage, nor does it require touching. It is a form of light work or energy healing through transference of energy that is meant to be of the highest divine light from a place of loving intentions.
It is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical and mental trauma, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being. In Japanese, the word "rei" refers to a higher intelligence that permeates all living and nonliving entities and guides the inherent functioning of the universe. The word "ki" refers to the nonphysical energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals, and human beings—because of this, ki is also often called "life force energy," and is known as qi or chi from other lineages. The combination of these two words is what defines reiki as "spiritually guided life-force energy."
To administer Reiki, a practitioner channels life force energy through his or her hands unto another. It's said that the aforementioned spiritual guidance enables the Reiki to flow through the affected parts of the subject's energy field and charges them with positive energy. It raises awareness in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained. This causes the negative energy—such as stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, confusion, etc.—to loosen its grip, allowing the touch of the Reiki healer to swoop in and clarify the energy pathways.

Ear Candling
Ear candling, or ear coning, is the practice of placing a lit, cone-shaped candle into the ear. It’s a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. The heat from the candle is supposed to pull up the ear wax. Wax is not dripped into the ear.
People use ear candles to remove wax, improve hearing, and cure ear infections. It’s also touted as a way to treat:
sinus infection, headache, swimmer’s ear, cold, flu, sore throat. Other people claim that it helps to control blood pressure and stress.
