Service Description
Service Details: This is a 90 minute custom full body massage (specifically the arms, legs, back, neck and shoulders with scalp and face upon request) infused with Aromatherapy & Hotstones used to massage the back, neck and shoulders. IMPORTANT: You've already paid, so you will not be charged. The credit card info is ONLY used in the event of a less than 24 hour notice cancellation or no show. In which case, you will be charged 50% of the original price of service booked, not half of the Groupon price. For this reason, clients are not able to book in your spot because it was reserved by you which results in lost revenue. If you decide not to enter a credit card and you cancel last minute OR no show, you will have to first pay the 50% cancellation fee before booking your next appointment. Booking Instructions: Enter "GROUPON" in the booking notes and the 6 or 7 digit redemption code. It should be all numbers, no letters. (view this by clicking "view voucher" in your groupon account and found under the barcode).
Cancellation Policy
No shows or same day cancellations will be subject to being charged 50% of the total service amount due, to the credit card on file with the exception of the pamper us package.
